1,CDI
The tailor-made CDI have mostly imported inside components. For example, we use Hitachi voltage-stabilizing diode form Japan, HTC triode from South Korea, and Motorola logical circuit board from USA. The ignition running speed falling to ≤320r/min thoroughly solves the problems of ordinary CDI, such as the lack of ignition energy in both low speed and high speed, which gives some bad affection to the accelerative performance of the motorcycle. But this new CDI make the motorcycle has abundant ignition energy from 1000r/m to 10000r/m, and with excellent accelerative performance in low speed. It can be easily started even in the low temperature. Its oil consumption is reduced by at least 5%.
2,Magneto
We use the eight-grade magneto, which adopts imported lacquered wires with heat resistance of 220℃. And ordinary lacquered wires can only resist no more than 180℃. Its magnetic block had undergone the special process of degaussing, so that the voltage of the motorcycle is more stable and the supplying power will be larger than before.
3,Clutch
It uses the imported Japanese DONGMU gear wheel, which has a high precision. We rubbed its rim in order to avoid any noise. The friction patch is made according to the German producing directions and uses imported friction material. Which possesses good wearing endurance, strong drive power and long life. It’ll still be in working order after 30000km-drive and 180kg-load in mountainous area. It accords with Japanese famous clutch’s quality and could compare beauty with the performance of FCC friction patch during the test of 15°ramp.
